If you have received a note on your door, that means that we have legal papers for the person’s name at the top of the note.
We deliver over 10,000 papers per year, so we need to leave a note each time to try to connect with that person. We have 6 servers in the field that cover 3 counties and work different days and at different times of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend).
We try our best to work around your schedule to deliver these documents. We ask in return that you treat our servers with the same professionalism and respect that they treat you with.
If your schedule doesn't allow you to be home very often, we are allowed to deliver the documents to a spouse or relative over the age of 18, if they are at the home address.
Another possible option could be to deliver them to you at your place of work, or a neutral address, if that is more convenient, as long as the location is in the same county.

- **We are not allowed to just leave the documents at your door or in your mailbox. We are required to physically hand them to you, a spouse, or relative 18 years old or older.**
- **We do not know what the documents are regarding specifically. Due to the privacy agreement with our clients, we are not allowed to read them at all. We only have a cover sheet that tells us who they are for and where to deliver them to. The cover sheet doesn’t have any information on it as to what the documents are regarding specifically.**
- **If for some reason you feel like this is a scam or not real, please contact your local police department/sheriff's department and have them call us. We are happy to speak with them to prove our credibility and set your mind at ease. We are also allowed to meet you at your local police department/sheriff's office at a time that works for both of us.**
- **We use female servers so that you do not feel threatened, and so you can feel more safe.**
